Nathaniel Bassey is a Nigerian gospel singer, pastor, trumpeter, and songwriter. He is known for his songs "Imela", "Onise Iyanu", and "Olowogbogboro", which have become popular anthems in churches across Nigeria. He is also the founder of the #HallelujahChallenge, a social media campaign that has inspired millions of people to worship God.
Bassey was born in Lagos, Nigeria, in 1981. He began his musical career at a young age, playing the trumpet in the church. He later studied music at the University of London and Middlesex University.
