Many residents took to Twitter and shared details of ongoing fighting in those areas and said gunfire had been heard. riots were also reported in the Agege, Iyana-Ipaja and Igando areas, while thugs from the state's Epe area took the opportunity to attack banks in the area. 

A source from Epe said the banks targeted were Zenith, Access and Keystone.
